Church of Uganda, through the Directorate of Mission and Outreach, will hold the Provincial Prayer Convention from November 22nd to November 25th, 2023 at Uganda Martyrs Anglican Site in Namugongo under the theme, “To whom shall we go?” John 6:68.
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, The Most Rev Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu who is the convener, has expressed his enthusiasm about the upcoming Convention, saying;
“We are excited to welcome thousands of believers from all corners of the Province to the Uganda Martyrs Anglican Site in Namugongo. This Convention is a unique opportunity for us to unite in prayer. It will revive the prayer lives of very many people and contribute to their spiritual growth.”
The convention is expected to attract thousands of participants from various Dioceses in Uganda, as well as international visitors seeking to engage in a transformative spiritual experience.
The conference program will include issues related to faith, prayer, personal growth, and the role of Christianity in the contemporary world.
