Today, the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, The Most Rev Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu began his ministry at Terrewode Women’s Community Hospital in Soroti City where they treat women with obstetric fistula. He commended the founder and Executive Director, Mrs. Alice Emasu Seruyange for her vision to support mothers.

He later laid a foundation stone at Alalo Memorial Technical Institute in Kalaki District.
The Institute is in memory of Christine Alalo, a Uganda Police commissioner, who died in the crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight on 10th March 2019 in Bishoftu, Ethiopia.

He then rededicated St Andrew’s Kalaki. The Church was constructed in 1910 by the Church Missionary Society and commissioned in 1912.

Later, Archbishop Kaziimba led a holy Communion Service at the same Church, in their playground.
He concluded his day with a radio talkshow on EtopRadio Aica Na Ateker in Soroti City.
