Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba has this evening arrived in the Diocese of Kitgum ahead of tomorrow’s 46th commemoration of the Late Archbishop Janani Luwuum in Mucwini.
He was welcomed by Hon. Okello Oryem, Bishops and the Provincial Secretary.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will be the Chief Guest tomorrow.
