Central Busoga Diocese pastoral visit

IGANGA: The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, The Most Rev Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu has today morning arrived in Central Busoga Diocese for his three days official pastoral visit.

On arrival in the Diocese, the Archbishop was welcomed at Namasoga by the Diocesan Bishop, Rt Rev Patrick Wakula, Clergy and the Laity.

During his visit, he will break the ground for construction of the new Diocesan Cathedral, commission a mothers’ union maize flour mill at Nakalama and a Dormitory at Leura School of Nursing and Midwifery in Busesa.

He will also be the Main Celebrant at the thanksgiving service for Rev. Eric Nabuguzi as he celebrates 110 years and carry out several other ministerial obligations.
